Scientific interests:

(i) main field: wind waves and air-sea interaction, remote sensing.

(ii) other fields: radar scattering, experimental and satellite oceanography.

(iii) current research activities:

  • Air-sea interaction at high wind conditions, wind waves;
  • Radar and optical imaging of ocean phenomena (surface currents, fronts, waves, oil spills);
  • Small-scale wind waves and exchange processes at the sea;
  • Wind driven current and turbulence in the upper layer.
